The Institute of Egytian Metaphysics publishes and updates the Authentic Egyptian Energy Body of Knowledge (AEEBOK), the collected research on authentic Egyptian Energy practice. This includes the results of research conducted by Institute staff, published papers and books of academics and recognised experts in the field, online resources that meet the criteria of authentic materials and other resources as identified by the staff and affiliates of the Institute as suitable for inclusion in the AEEBOK.
 
The AEEBOK covers the following topics:

• Egyptian Energy Healing practice as revealed in temple wall reliefs and medical papyri
• Egyptian aromatherapy practice
• Egyptian ritual practice including structure and functions of the temple
• Egyptian cosmology: understanding the Egyptian worldview
• Understanding the Maat energy system
• Understanding Egyptian symbols and use of colour
• Egyptian divinatory practice (called Heka Sr)
• Egyptian astral travel practice (called Ba Sending)
• Egyptian Amuletic Magic (called Heka Sau)

The full AEEBOK is available to members of the institute: that is students, teachers, affiliates and friends. If you wish to become a member send an email stating your reasons and under which category you wish to qualify for membership. Membership is free.  

The Institute also offers courses and services based on this body of knowledge which represents the latest in scholarly research on the subject. Courses are aimed at Energy workers and practitioners of various modalities and interested persons wishing to know and understand more about authentic Egyptian Esoteric Practice. The Institute was founded by Cathy Campbell who holds three masters degrees including an MA in Egyptology has been an adjunct lecturer teaching at postgraduate level since 2003 and is a Reiki Master.
